Yes, it is possible to reset your course progress. Here’s how it works:

• If Your Plan Includes Pass Insurance: If you did not pass the exam and your plan includes Pass Insurance, we can reset your course and provide an extension free of charge.

• For Other Cases: We can offer a full reset of your account for an additional fee. This is because resetting your account creates a clean slate that, in theory, could be transferred to someone else.
